Most products are made to order at our manufacturing facilities in BC, Canada. Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for production. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with the tracking information.
You can request a change by sending an email to estore@northern-feather.com with the order details. We will do our best to accommodate you, however, since products are made to order changes may not be possible if production has finished.
Due to health and hygienic reasons, we are not able to accept product returns. All sales are final.

It should be shaken out and fluffed daily when you make your bed. On a nice day, the duvet can be refreshed by hanging it outside out of direct sunlight.
